Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Phó Giám Đốc/ Trưởng Phòng Thiết Kế (May mặc, $2000, ID16746):
- Đảm bảo công tác chuẩn bị kỹ thuật đầy đủ, kịp thời, phục vụ cho quá trình sản xuất.

Ứng dụng các công nghệ và phương pháp may hiện đại, hiệu quả nhất vào sản xuất.

Tối ưu hóa định mức nguyên vật liệu, giảm chi phí sản xuất.
Requirement
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành thiết kế thời trang, công nghệ may hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan.
- Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành thời trang, may mặc.
- Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý.
- Thành thạo các phần mềm thiết kế như Lectra, Gerber.
- Hiểu biết sâu rộng về kỹ thuật may, chất liệu vải, và xu hướng thời trang.
- Kỹ năng lãnh đạo và quản lý đội nhóm xuất sắc.
- Khả năng giải quyết vấn đề và giao tiếp hiệu quả.
- Tư duy sáng tạo, gu thẩm mỹ cao, nhanh chóng nắm bắt các xu hướng thời trang mới.
- Linh hoạt và chủ động trong xử lý các công việc.
