Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Phó Giám Đốc Kỹ Thuật Sản Xuất (Điện/ Điện tử, $1400, ID16207):
- Lãnh đạo và quản lý nhân viên cấp dưới để đạt được mục tiêu của bộ phận.
- Chuẩn bị dây chuyền sản xuất, thiết bị, cài đặt phần mềm và thiết kế quy trình để hỗ trợ sản xuất.
- Hợp tác với các bộ phận khác để cải thiện và giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến chất lượng và chức năng.
- Đảm bảo rằng các quy trình và thiết bị đáp ứng các yêu cầu và tiêu chuẩn.
- Giới thiệu công nghệ, thiết bị mới và cải tiến để nâng cao hiệu quả sản xuất.
- Quản lý và kiểm soát chi phí của bộ phận.
- Đào tạo và phát triển kỹ năng chuyên môn cho nhân viên cấp dưới.
- Đóng vai trò là cầu nối với các nhà cung cấp thiết bị.
Requirement
- Nam, độ tuổi: 30-40 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Cơ khí, Điện, Tự động hóa hoặc Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp
- Có 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương tự tại các nhà máy sản xuất
- Có kiến thức về ISO, QMS và EMS.
- Tiếng Nhật hoặc tiếng Anh tốt.
