Job Description
Salary up to $750/month awaits! We are recruiting OQC Part Leader (Electronics, ID18309) for a foreign-invested company:
- Manage and supervise outgoing quality control (OQC) activities for electronic parts/products
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and warehouse departments to ensure on-time delivery and product quality
- Analyze and handle quality issues arising in the OQC process
- Communicate directly with customers regarding feedback on outgoing product quality
- Manage, train, and develop the OQC inspection team
- Establish, maintain, and improve quality inspection procedures
- Issue and follow up on defect reports related to outgoing product failures
- Prepare periodic reports on outgoing quality status and propose improvement actions
Requirement
- Under 40 years old
- College or University degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a QC Leader in the electronics manufacturing industry
- Able to read and understand technical documents in English; basic communication skills.
