Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Operation Manager (Seafoods, ID16113, 2400 USD):
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts, orders, and inventory levels
- Proposal and confirm production quantities for shipping orders and quantity of products that can be produced for customer
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency and minimize production delays.
- Establish and maintain quality standards for each processing stage, product items
- Establish workflow policies and monitor production to resolve issues.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with procedure/ customer's requirement
- Identify and implement improvements for efficiency and waste reduction
- Ensure output meets quality standards and customer’s requirements.
- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
- Implementation of the company's rules and safety in production
Requirement
- Male; Ages: under 45 years old
- Graduated from a university or college major related to food
- 5 years of experience as Operation Manager/ Production Manager for seafood or food processing companies.
- Having HACCP certificate.
- Good at English
