Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Operation Manager (Manufacturing, ID11754, 3000USD):
- Lead and manage overall factory operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes
- Develop and execute long-term operational strategies aligned with company goals
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and operational performance
- Monitor and control departmental budgets, optimizing costs and improving profitability
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, quality, and plating functions
- Motivate and develop team members to achieve high performance and engagement
- Report directly to senior management on operational performance and strategic initiatives
- Identify opportunities for expansion, process improvement, and business growth
Requirement
- Male, above 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus)
- At least 5 years in an Operations Manager role within FDI mechanical manufacturing companies
- Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing
- Strong leadership and team management skills (experience managing large teams of 300+ employees)
- Good at English
