$2000/month++ salary awaits! We're hiring an Operation Manager (manufacturing, ID 17292) for a foreign investment company:
- Organize and supervise the operations of the entire department. Evaluate and manage the performance of employees in the Operations Department
- Review and approve new projects/services/partners, review partner contracts regarding payment terms, BRD, set up payment tools, conduct surveys, and implement them in the project.
- Establish end-to-end workflows in a timely and accurate manner (vendor onboarding – product approval – order management – delivery management – vendor payment process).
- Plan, direct, and manage operations and production to achieve the desired optimal output and quality at the lowest cost.
- Responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing operational activities, including Procurement, Pinning, WH & LOG, Payments, and Settlements, ensuring assigned targets are met as planned.
Requirement
- Male/Female. Age: 35 - 45 years old
- Graduated from University
- Have 05 - 07 years of experience in the same position in FDI manufacturing,
- Strong in Customer Service và Product Delivery experience
- Good at English
