Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Operation Director (Open for Local/Chinese Expat, 5000$, ID21291):
- Assist the CEO in managing daily operations and business activities across the Group and subsidiaries.
- Monitor business performance, project progress, budgets, profitability, cash flow, and KPI achievement.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between headquarters and subsidiaries.
- Drive implementation of management policies, strategic initiatives, and key business decisions.
- Oversee operational activities of overseas subsidiaries and international projects.
- Collect, analyze, and report business and operational data to support management decision-making.
- Organize management meetings and follow up on action plans and resolutions.
- Coordinate resources and monitor the execution of strategic and critical projects.
- Identify operational risks and propose corrective actions.
- Perform other duties assigned by senior management.
Requirement
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable university.
- Preferred majors: Environmental Engineering, Water & Wastewater Engineering, Construction/Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the environmental industry.
- At least 3 years of operations management experience in EPC, engineering, or construction companies.
- Minimum 1 year of cross-border working experience, preferably in Vietnam or managing overseas teams.
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
- Vietnamese language skills are an advantage.
