Job Description
Dream Job Alert! Become an Office Staff (Japanese & English, ID17738) at a foreign-invested company and earn $650/month:
- Translate documents, respond to emails, and write internal announcements in both English and Japanese.
- Analyze and calculate warehouse data on the system (detailed training will be provided).
- Support colleagues in tasks related to the Japanese language.
- Regularly communicate and report to superiors.
- Check warehouse reports based on data received from the Japan warehouse.
- Input incoming data files into the company’s specialized warehouse system and generate monthly inventory reports for warehouses in Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Taiwan, and other countries.
- Analyze inventory reports to assess stock status.
- Place orders for raw materials and new products with Japanese manufacturers, and monitor shipment progress.
- Handle tasks related to exporting goods from the Japan warehouse to other countries.
Requirement
- Female, under 30 years old;
- University graduate (preferred: Hanoi University, Thang Long University, Vietnam National University)
- Japanese: N2 or higher (certificate required); English: TOEIC 650+ (mainly for written communication)
- Accepts fresh graduates or candidates with 1+ year of experience in a trading company
