- Manage day‑to‑day office administration & human resource activities.
- Working liaise with government agencies and external partners as needed.
- Represent the leadership team in welcoming and hosting customers visiting the factory as needed
- Potentially serve as the company’s legal representative in the future.
- Undertake other HR or administrative tasks as assigned.
- IT support in Vietnam, in coordination with the vendor as needed
Requirement
- Male or female, aged 35–45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 8–10 years of experience in a similar role; prior experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience interacting with government bodies.
