Job Description
Dream Job Alert! $1,400/month salary awaits! We're hiring a Occupational Health & Safety Leader (Garment, ID 17831) for a foreign investment company:
- Oversee the implementation and evaluation of machinery, equipment, and materials that are subject to strict OSH standards.
- Develop and coordinate internal OSH self-inspection programs in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Review and investigate occupational accidents and technical incidents; work with teams to ensure corrective and preventive actions are completed.
- Coordinate with the medical team to monitor employee health checks and occupational health programs.
- Monitor and support control measures for hazardous substances and toxic factors in the workplace.
- Consolidate recommendations from inspection teams, clients, and employees, and report to management for resolution.
- Maintain and update safety checklists, ensuring they meet legal and operational standards.
- Support the assessment and implementation of ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management).
- Assist other departments in preparing for and completing certifications such as GRS, FSC, and others as needed.
- Review OSH training materials and consult on training strategies to improve workforce safety awareness.
- Stay up to date with local laws and brand-specific OSH requirements; provide guidance to relevant teams to ensure compliance.
Requirement
- Male, 25-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 03 years of experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Good at English
