Job Description
- Nhận thông tin chi tiết về đơn hàng từ khách hàng và nhập dữ liệu vào hệ thống.
- Phát lệnh vận chuyển, điều phối xe và sắp xếp việc nhận hàng
- Theo dõi tiến độ giao hàng, cập nhật tình trạng vận chuyển theo thời gian thực.
- Chủ động phản hồi với khách hàng về tiến độ giao hàng.
- Thu thập, kiểm tra và lưu trữ các chứng từ giao hàng (biên lai đã ký, hóa đơn).
- Kiểm tra chéo chi phí vận chuyển và hỗ trợ bộ phận kế toán trong các quy trình thanh toán
- Biên soạn và tạo các báo cáo định kỳ về hàng tồn kho, thời gian giao hàng, tỷ lệ lỗi, khiếu nại của khách hàng, v.v.
- Hỗ trợ ban quản lý trong việc ra quyết định và cải tiến quy trình.
Requirement
- Nam/nữ. Độ tuổi: 25 – 35
- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên
- Có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí vận hành kho ngành điện tử, cơ khí, thiết bị ,..
- Tiếng trung thành thạo 4 kỹ năng
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong kho, hậu cần hoặc điều phối vận tải.
