Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Nhân Viên/ Trưởng Nhóm Xuất Nhập Khẩu (Sản Xuất, $800, ID 17313)
- Xử lý thủ tục xuất khẩu, nhập khẩu hàng hóa đúng theo quy định pháp luật.
- Lập hồ sơ xuất nhập khẩu, chuẩn bị chứng từ cần thiết như: hợp đồng, hóa đơn, phiếu xuất kho, vận đơn, tờ khai hải quan.
- Phối hợp với các đơn vị vận chuyển, nhà cung cấp và khách hàng để đảm bảo tiến độ giao hàng và nhận hàng.
- Theo dõi và quản lý các chi phí vận chuyển, lưu kho, bảo hiểm hàng hóa và các chi phí khác liên quan đến hoạt động xuất nhập khẩu.
- Đề xuất phương án tối ưu hóa chi phí vận hành và nâng cao hiệu quả công việc.
- Lập báo cáo thanh khoản cuối năm, phân tích các xu hướng tài chính và đề xuất phương án cải thiện.
- Đảm bảo các hoạt động xuất nhập khẩu tuân thủ quy định của pháp luật về thuế, hải quan và các quy định quốc tế.
- Cập nhật thông tin về các chính sách xuất nhập khẩu mới, các thay đổi về thuế quan và các quy định liên quan.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ. Dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Ngoại thương, Logistics hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm về mảng xuất nhập khẩu hàng hóa: Kê khai hải quan liên quan đến hoạt động xuất/nhập khẩu hàng hóa, thanh khoản,... trong các công ty sản xuất
- Tiếng Anh đọc hiểu văn bản
