Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty sản xuất có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tìm kiếm Nhân Viên Tổng Vụ (Sản Xuất, Tiếng Nhật, $550, ID 20031)

Quản trị Hành chính & Phúc lợi: Điều phối dịch vụ hậu cần bao gồm cung ứng VPP, đồng phục, suất ăn công nghiệp và lịch trình xe đưa đón nhân viên. Trực tiếp tổ chức các sự kiện gắn kết (tiệc công ty, du lịch nghỉ dưỡng).

Hỗ trợ Tài chính & Chứng từ: Phối hợp với bộ phận Kế toán thực hiện kiểm soát tính hợp lệ của hồ sơ, quyết toán chi phí hành chính và theo dõi các chứng từ thanh toán liên quan.

Giám sát Hạ tầng & Thiết bị: Đầu mối liên lạc và giám sát quá trình bảo trì, sửa chữa cơ sở hạ tầng nhà xưởng; đảm bảo kế hoạch kiểm tra định kỳ máy móc thiết bị được thực hiện đúng hạn.

Hỗ trợ vận hành: Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ chuyên môn khác theo sự phân công của quản lý bộ phận Tổng vụ.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ. Dưới 40 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp từ Đại học trở lên.
- Có từ 01 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường sản xuất.
- Tiếng Nhật N2, N3.hoặc tiếng Anh giao tiếp.
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng.
