Job Description
- Thực hiện rập dựa trên yêu cầu khách hàng thông qua Merchandiser.
- Phân tích, nghiên cứu kỹ thuật và vật liệu để chọn cấu trúc và quy trình phù hợp.
- Áp dụng tiêu chuẩn riêng của từng khách hàng (chất lượng, độ cứng, …).
- Tạo và ghi chú đầy đủ thông tin trên rập để dễ đọc (đường cắt, đường may, lạng, …).
- Thử nghiệm rập với nhân viên mẫu, nhận phản hồi và điều chỉnh để tối ưu trước khi sản xuất.
- Sắp xếp, lưu trữ và quản lý file OPTITEX/ DXF/ PDF rõ ràng và theo đúng quy chuẩn.
- Chuẩn bị file rập cuối cùng sẵn sàng cho sản xuất và chuyển BOM cho Merchandiser.
- Nghiên cứu hao hụt vật liệu và theo dõi kế hoạch công việc hằng ngày.
- Hỗ trợ họp hoặc trao đổi cần thiết liên quan đến sản phẩm với Merchandiser hoặc khách hàng.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/ nữ, Độ tuổi: Dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp trở lên các chuyên ngành liên quan
- Có từ 1 năm kinh nghiệm thiết kế rập trong công ty sản xuất balo, túi xách hoặc giày da
- Thành thạo phần mềm thiết kế rập, ưu tiên Optitex
