Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tìm kiếm Nhân Viên Quản Lý Kho ($500, ID16491):
- Nhận kế hoạch từ quản lý sản xuất (QLSX) và lập kế hoạch nhập xuất hàng hóa phục vụ cho hoạt động sản xuất, lắp ráp.
- Triển khai kế hoạch và theo dõi tiến độ thực hiện của các nhóm phụ trách nhập và xuất hàng theo yêu cầu từ QLSX.
- Kiểm soát và đảm bảo thực hiện nguyên tắc FIFO trong quy trình nhập xuất hàng hóa.
- Sắp xếp kho bãi, cải tiến quy trình và đảm bảo linh kiện được bảo quản an toàn, xuất nhập hàng hóa nhanh chóng và hiệu quả.
- Xây dựng và cải tiến các quy trình, quy định liên quan đến quản lý kho phù hợp với hoạt động thực tế.
- Báo cáo hoạt động của bộ phận hàng tháng, bao gồm: lỗi phát sinh, số lượng xuất nhập, tồn kho, và các biện pháp giảm thiểu tồn kho.
- Lập kế hoạch và tổ chức kiểm kê kho định kỳ 6 tháng/lần.
- Quản lý kho và điều hành nhân viên kho theo chức năng, nhiệm vụ được phân công từ cấp trên.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam.
- Tốt nghiệp từ Cao Đẳng trở lên.
- Có từ 02 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý, vận hành kho.
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp, ưu tiên biết thêm tiếng Nhật.
