Job Description
- Giải quyết vấn đề chất lượng sản phẩm, linh kiện
- Phụ trách chính việc đối ứng khách hàng (quản lý việc điều tra, theo dõi đối ứng) và chỉ đạo khi phát sinh khiếu nại từ khách hàng
- Quản lý chất lượng nhà cung cấp (đánh giá, hướng dẫn, cải tiến, nguyên nhân trong vấn đề lỗi chất lượng, đối sách và quản lý)
- Quản lý chất lượng nội bộ công ty (cải tiến hệ thống, đánh giá năng lực công đoạn, cải tiến)
- Đơn giản hóa hệ thống ISO, nâng cao tính hiệu quả của hệ thống
- Chỉ đạo hướng dẫn, đào tạo, quản lý
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ, Độ tuổi: 25-40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp từ Cao đẳng trở lên
- Có ít nhất từ 1 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý chất lượng, hiểu bản vẽ linh kiện, sản phẩm và phương pháp gia công
- Nắm được sơ đồ công đoạn QC
- Có kinh nghiệm đối ứng khách hàng và quản lý nhà cung cấp, quản lý thiết bị đo
