Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Nhân viên kinh doanh (Tiếng Anh/Tiếng Trung, Máy công trình, $1000, ID21483)
- Hoạch định & Thực thi Kinh doanh: Chủ động xây dựng các phương án phát triển doanh số, hiện thực hóa các mục tiêu thương mại do cấp quản lý phê duyệt đối với mảng máy công trình.
- Mở rộng & Khai thác Thị trường: Thiết lập mối quan hệ với các đối tác mới, đẩy mạnh nhận diện tệp khách hàng tiềm năng (bao gồm các đơn vị thương mại và đơn vị sử dụng trực tiếp), đồng thời duy trì nguồn khách hàng hiện hữu.
- Quản trị Giao dịch & CSKH: Trực tiếp lập báo giá, theo dõi tiến độ thực hiện đơn hàng, giải quyết các phát sinh sau bán hàng nhằm tối ưu hóa trải nghiệm và sự hài lòng của đối tác.
- Phân tích & Đề xuất Chiến lược: Định kỳ tổng hợp số liệu kinh doanh, đánh giá biến động thị trường ngành máy công trình và phụ tùng để tham mưu giải pháp cho Ban Giám đốc.
- Tối ưu Hóa Tiếp thị (Marketing): Phối hợp xây dựng và triển khai các chương trình kích cầu, thúc đẩy tiêu thụ sản phẩm phụ tùng nhằm gia tăng giá trị thương hiệu trên thị trường.
- Phối hợp Vận hành: Tương tác chặt chẽ với các bộ phận nội bộ nhằm đảm bảo tính liên tục và thông suốt của chuỗi quy trình Mua hàng – Bán hàng.
Requirement
- Nam: 28-45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên
- Co 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm bán máy công trình
- Có bằng lái xe hạng B1 trở lê
- Tiếng Trung hoặc Anh thành thạo
