Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Nhân Viên Kiểm Soát Chất lượng Dây Chuyền Sơn (600 USD, ID 21652):
- Đảm bảo toàn bộ quy trình hoàn thiện bề mặt, từ công đoạn xử lý thô, phủ sơn, sấy khô đến thành phẩm cuối cùng tuân thủ chặt chẽ các thông số kỹ thuật tiêu chuẩn.
- Thực hiện giám sát trực tiếp các chỉ số vận hành và tiêu chí chất lượng trên hệ thống sơn trong suốt tiến trình sản xuất.
- Chủ trì việc phát hiện, đánh giá nguyên nhân gốc rễ và đưa ra giải pháp khắc phục kịp thời đối với các sự cố kỹ thuật bề mặt phát sinh.
- Đồng hành cùng lực lượng sản xuất trực tiếp để triển khai các hành động khắc phục, giảm thiểu tỷ lệ phế phẩm và nâng cao hiệu suất dây chuyền.
- Đánh giá định kỳ tính hiệu quả của các giải pháp cải tiến chất lượng đã áp dụng.
- Tổng hợp, lưu trữ và xây dựng các bản báo cáo theo dõi chất lượng định kỳ (theo ngày, tuần và tháng) gửi cấp quản lý.
Requirement
- Nam, dưới 35 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Cơ khí, Kỹ thuật, Vật liệu, Hóa chất hoặc chuyên ngành liên quan.
- Có kinh nghiệm về Kiểm soát chất lượng tại các nhà máy có hệ thống sơn công nghiệp.
- Nắm vững quy chuẩn kiểm tra chất lượng lớp phủ, phân biệt thành thạo các dạng lỗi bề mặt sơn và am hiểu các phương pháp đo lường/khắc phục tương ứng.
