Job Description
- Thực hiện bấm giờ, đo thời gian các công đoạn may để xây dựng định mức lao động
- Phân tích hiệu suất chuyền may, phát hiện điểm nghẽn và đề xuất cải tiến
- Xây dựng, cập nhật bảng định mức và đơn giá cho từng công đoạn sản xuất
- Theo dõi và đánh giá năng suất thực tế so với định mức
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận sản xuất để tối ưu quy trình và nâng cao hiệu quả
- Hỗ trợ triển khai các cải tiến liên quan đến năng suất và quy trình sản xuất
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ, Độ tuổi: Dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp trở lên các ngành kỹ thuật, quản lý công nghiệp, dệt may hoặc các ngành liên quan
- Có 5 năm ở liên quan đến việc bấm giờ - định mức trong ngành may mặc
- Ưu tiên có kiến thức về quy trình sản xuất may công nghiệp
