Job Description
- Assessing tooling feasibility for layup, PCM, trimming, gluing, cooling, and assembly during Request for Quotation
- Designing, reviewing, and optimizing tooling for manufacturing, including mold/jig requests.
- Troubleshooting and improving tooling to enhance usability and resolve issues.
- Preparing tooling guidelines for operator training and knowledge sharing.
- Conducting Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and maintaining a lessons-learned database.
- Collaborating with engineers to address product development challenges.
- Supporting others departments activities and technical projects.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female, Age: 26-37 years old
- Graduate from University major in Engineering or Technology
- Having 3 years of experience as a design engineer in the molding or tooling manufacturing industry at a production company in the automotive, mechanical, or mechatronics sectors
- Fluent in using NX / SolidWorks
- Good at English
