Merchandiser Manager (Garment)

Develop and manage sample timelines in coordination with buyers.

Monitor and validate product costing to ensure accuracy and profitability.

Secure bulk order confirmations and maintain clear communication with buyers.

Oversee production planning and execution to meet delivery targets.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service and support.

Review and assess business performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Source and prepare materials for new product developments.

Coordinate shipment schedules between buyers and factories to ensure timely dispatch.

Track fabric and accessory shipments to avoid delays.

Provide regular updates to buyers on order progress and status.

Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.

Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Director.

Proven experience as a Garment Merchandiser, preferably in the FOB model.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Proficiency in English across all skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
