Job Description
Our client is a Vietnamese company, now looking for a Merchandiser (Fabric, 600$, ID17868)
- Possess knowledge of materials and accessories used in the garment or textile industry. Sales experience or a strong interest in sales is a plus.
- Collaborate with factories to develop products based on customer requirements.
- Manage development timelines to ensure sample deadlines are met. Proactively coordinate with both factory and customer to secure samples, quotations, and timely feedback.
- Negotiate with vendors regarding pricing, discounts, delivery schedules, and other terms of cooperation.
- Maintain close communication with customers and factories to promptly address any issues arising during and after production.
- Coordinate with fabric mills/suppliers to ship samples and ensure product quality aligns with customer expectations.
- Follow up with customers to obtain comments and approvals on shipping samples within the required timeline.
- Ensure production and delivery schedules are met according to customer requirements.
- Confirm that factories prepare accurate shipping documents. Track and collect original documents after shipment and forward them to customers.
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and order-related information.
- Collaborate with customers and factories to resolve any payment-related issues.
Requirement
- Female. Under 38 years old
- Graduated from the university
- Have 01 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the fabric or garment industry with knowledge of fabrics
- Good at English
