Job Description
- Develop products based on customer requirements and coordinate fabric/trims sourcing and sample development.
- Prepare costing, including fabric price, trims, consumption estimation, and SMV calculation.
- Communicate and negotiate directly with customers regarding product details, pricing, lead time, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor sample development, bulk production progress, and T&A milestones to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
- Coordinate with factory, sourcing, QA, CS, and related teams to resolve production and development issues.
- Follow up customer requirements, tech packs, testing standards, and product approvals before bulk production.
- Support handling customer complaints, pending materials/garments, and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female, Age: Under 45 years old
- Graduate from University
- Have 3-5 years of merchandising experience in garment factories, strong customer handling and costing skills.
- Good English communication skills
