Job Description
Mechanical Site Manager wanted for a foreign-invested company ID 17898 ! $1100/month salary + opportunities to grow!
- Manage and oversee mechanical site execution from project initiation to handover.
- Prepare construction schedules, material procurement plans, and manpower allocation to meet project timelines.
- Review mechanical design drawings and develop shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Conduct quantity take-offs, prepare material estimates and procurement forecasts aligned with construction progress.
- Ensure quality control and safety compliance at the site.
- Collaborate with internal departments, general contractors, and foreign clients/investors.
- Attend project meetings and report progress/issues to the Project Manager.
- Participate in commissioning and handover processes.
Requirement
- Male, 30-45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in mechanical works, including:
- 1+ year in a similar leadership role.
- Experience supervising construction at factory/industrial sites. Especially, experience with Japanese, Korean, or FDI projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit skills are a plus.
- Fluent in English
- Willing to work on a project-based assignment around HCMC and relocate as required after project completion.
