Job Description

Mechanical Site Manager wanted for a foreign-invested company ID 17898 ! $1100/month salary + opportunities to grow!
  • Manage and oversee mechanical site execution from project initiation to handover.
  • Prepare construction schedules, material procurement plans, and manpower allocation to meet project timelines.
  • Review mechanical design drawings and develop shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs, prepare material estimates and procurement forecasts aligned with construction progress.
  • Ensure quality control and safety compliance at the site.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, general contractors, and foreign clients/investors.
  • Attend project meetings and report progress/issues to the Project Manager.
  • Participate in commissioning and handover processes.

Requirement

  • Male, 30-45 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in mechanical works, including:
    • 1+ year in a similar leadership role.
    • Experience supervising construction at factory/industrial sites. Especially, experience with Japanese, Korean, or FDI projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit skills are a plus.
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to work on a project-based assignment around HCMC and relocate as required after project completion.
