Job Description
$1600/month salary awaits! We're hiring a Marketing Manager (Tourism, ID 17862) for a Vietnamese company:
- Develop overall marketing plans (online & offline) by year and campaign, focusing on the tourism industry.
- Survey and analyze the market, customers, competitors to orient marketing strategies to support effective business.
- Measure, evaluate and report campaign results against set goals.
- Manage marketing budgets and costs to ensure efficiency, savings and creativity.
- Coordinate closely with departments to quickly deploy campaigns.
- Manage databases, workflows and all operations of the Marketing department.
- Propose human resource plans, recruit and train staff.
- Perform reports and other tasks assigned by superiors, manage, coordinate, evaluate, monitor and ensure employees operate effectively according to job descriptions & KPIs
Requirement
- Male/Female, Age: under 45 years old
- Graduated from the University
- At least 02 years of experience in the same position in the hospitality industry.
- Good at English
