- Overseeing manufacturing operations to ensure high-quality output while maintaining safety and efficiency.
- Collaborating with engineers to develop strategies for optimizing production, reducing costs, and improving labor utilization.
- Organizing and coordinating meetings with key departments and stakeholders.
- Detecting, recording, and reporting any unsafe practices in the workplace.
- Troubleshooting production line issues and offering solutions along with necessary training.
- Conducting comprehensive production analysis and recommending enhancements for continuous improvement.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 27 - 37 years old
- Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronics.
- At least 3 years of experience in the same position in the automotive, mechanical, or mechatronics manufacturing industry.
- Good at English
