Job Description
$1200/month++ salary awaits! We're hiring a Legal Specialist (Real Estate, ID17705) for a Vietnamese group
- Provide legal advice during the investment, management, operation, and exploitation phases of the Group's projects (Residential Real Estate, Industrial Real Estate, Energy, etc.).
- Collaborate with specialized departments to work with domestic and international partners on contracts and legal matters related to investment projects.
- Draft and review documents, materials, and dossiers related to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
- Draft/review contracts and other legal documents such as Business Cooperation Contracts, Sublease Agreements of Land Use Rights, and EPC General Contractor Contracts (Fidic template, etc.).
- Research, warn, and analyze legal risks; propose solutions to legal issues in investment and business operations.
- Participate in the assessment and provide advice on legal aspects of internal regulations, policies, and corporate governance documents.
- Handle complaints, denunciations, lawsuits, or participate in arbitration, court proceedings; coordinate with law firms (VPLS) to protect the company's legal rights and interests.
- Provide legal research and opinions upon request from the Board of Directors and other departments.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Legal.
Requirement
- Gender: Male, Age: 30–35 years old
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience, especially in Real Estate Investment companies and Energy Projects.
- Language Skills: Fluent English (required for dealing with international partners and bilingual contracts)
