Job Description
Dream Job Alert! $1600+/month salary awaits! We're hiring a Lean Manager (Garment, ID17573) for a foreign investment company:
- Lead, coach, and develop the IE team, managing performance, development, and fostering collaborative teamwork.
- Drive daily operational improvements in efficiency and waste reduction through proactive engagement with Operations.
- Develop and implement optimal factory/line layouts, line balancing, and work measurement standards
- Identify opportunities and implement solutions for SMV reduction through methods improvement, automation, and efficient equipment utilization.
- Lead projects focused on waste elimination (including WIP reduction) and process flow improvement (bottleneck removal).
- Support the development and implementation of effective operator incentive schemes and skill development programs
- Promote and implement ergonomics improvements and best practices across the factory.
- Manage internal stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and buy-in for IE initiatives.
Requirement
- Male, 30 - 45 years old
- Graduated with a bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years of experience as an IE Manager in a garment manufacturing factory
- Experience in line balancing, planning for cost calculation, and streamlining production processes.
- Good at English
