Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Lễ Tân Khách Sạn (Open Sinh Viên Mới Ra Trường, Tiếng Anh, 600 USD, ID 21324):
- Thực hiện thủ tục check-in (đăng ký nhận phòng) và check-out (trả phòng) cho khách lưu trú.
- Lắng nghe, tiếp nhận và giải đáp các thắc mắc, yêu cầu hoặc khiếu nại của khách hàng trong suốt thời gian lưu trú với thái độ chuyên nghiệp, thân thiện.
- Liên lạc với các bộ phận liên quan (Buồng phòng, Nhà hàng, Bảo vệ...) để giải quyết kịp thời các vấn đề phát sinh của khách.
- Thông báo ngay cho bộ phận Buồng phòng (Housekeeping) khi khách trả phòng để kịp thời dọn dẹp, chuẩn bị đón lượt khách tiếp theo.
- Xử lý các khoản thanh toán, hóa đơn của khách hàng chính xác và nhanh chóng.
- Duy trì và đảm bảo khu vực sảnh tiếp tân luôn gọn gàng, sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp để giữ hình ảnh cho khách sạn.
Requirement
- Nam/nữ, ngoại hình sáng, cân đối, tác phong chuyên nghiệp, tự tin.
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học trở lên.
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt, tự tin (Chủ yếu phục vụ đối tượng khách quốc tế).
- Chấp nhận ứng viên mới ra trường, chưa có kinh nghiệm (sẽ được đào tạo từ đầu). Ứng viên đã có từ 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm lễ tân tại các khách sạn 5 sao là một lợi thế lớn.
- Sẵn sàng làm việc theo ca và đi làm vào các ngày Lễ, Tết theo lịch phân công của khách sạn.
