Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Lab Technical (Footwear, $900, ID17160):
- Regularly monitor the temperature and humidity in the testing room, adjusting air conditioners, humidifiers, or dehumidifiers as needed to maintain appropriate testing conditions.
- Inspect received samples daily, verifying material specifications such as thickness, durometer, dimensions, and specific gravity (S.G.), and return or report any non-compliant samples
- Perform daily tests as per test requests, ensuring adherence to the test timeline
- Check the condition of machines before testing and promptly report any issues to the lab supervisor
- Support the lab supervisor in testing and researching new innovative materials, documenting and analyzing key test parameters for updates or the development of Deckers test protocols
- Optimize daily test operations to save time and enhance efficiency.
- Continuously acquire knowledge of new testing technologies, including equipment, methods, and practices, and participate in cross-training sessions to support periodic job rotation and test scope exchanges among sub-teams
- Ensure all testing equipment is well-maintained and functioning properly.
- Organize and store tested specimens appropriately
- Uphold 6S principles in the lab.
Requirement
- Male/Female, Under 40 Years Old
- college degree or higher
- At least 03 years of working in a Footwear/ Garment Lab
- Proficient in English
