Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Kỹ Thuật Viên Vận Hành Máy ( Die Attach/Wire Bonding, Làm Ca, $400, ID18310):
- Thực hiện vận hành máy Die Attach trong quy trình sản xuất.
- Đảm nhận công đoạn gắn chip và theo dõi chất lượng sau khi gắn.
- Tiến hành kiểm tra, đánh giá sản phẩm nhằm đảm bảo đạt chuẩn kỹ thuật.
- Quản lý, theo dõi vật tư và tình trạng thiết bị phục vụ sản xuất.
- Tuân thủ các quy trình, hướng dẫn và quy định an toàn trong sản xuất.
Requirement
- Nam, dưới 35 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Điện – Điện tử, Cơ điện tử,Tự động hóa, Kỹ thuật bán dẫn.
- Có tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm trực tiếp vận hành, cài đặt hoặc bảo trì máy Die Attach hoặc máy Wire Bonding.
- Sử dụng thành thạo kính hiển vi và các dụng cụ đo lường kỹ thuật.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm trong lĩnh vực sản xuất vi mạch, bán dẫn, FPCA.
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng.
- Có khả năng làm việc nhóm, tinh thần hợp tác và chịu áp lực tốt.
