Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Kỹ Thuật Viên CNC (600 USD, ID 20132):
- Vận hành sản xuất: Trực tiếp vận hành máy phay CNC sử dụng hệ điều hành Mitsubishi M8 để gia công các linh kiện điện tử theo kế hoạch sản xuất hàng loạt.
- Thiết lập máy (Setup): Thực hiện rà gá phôi, set tọa độ gốc, thiết lập dao cụ và nạp chương trình gia công vào máy theo đúng quy trình kỹ thuật.
- Kiểm soát chất lượng: Đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật để kiểm tra kích thước sản phẩm trong quá trình gia công, đảm bảo sản phẩm đạt tiêu chuẩn dung sai quy định.
- Bảo trì & Sửa chữa: Theo dõi tình trạng hoạt động của máy, chủ động thực hiện việc bảo trì định kỳ và trực tiếp sửa chữa các lỗi phát sinh cơ bản trên máy phay CNC để đảm bảo tiến độ sản xuất.
- Vệ sinh & An toàn: Duy trì vệ sinh khu vực máy (5S), đảm bảo các nguyên tắc an toàn lao động trong suốt ca làm việc.
Requirement
- Nam, dưới 40 tuổi.
- Có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương tại các công ty sản xuất, lắp ráp linh kiện điện tử quy mô hàng loạt.
- Có kinh nghiêm setup và vận hành máy phay CNC hệ điều hành Mitsubishi m8.
- Có khả năng sữa chữa máy phay CNC.
- Biết đọc bản vẽ kĩ thuật.
