Job Description
- Phụ trách kỹ thuật và vận hành xưởng giặt hoàn tất sản phẩm denim (jean).
- Theo dõi, kiểm soát quy trình giặt – nhuộm – sấy – xử lý hóa chất nhằm đạt hiệu ứng màu, độ phai, và bề mặt theo yêu cầu khách hàng.
- Chuẩn bị và thử nghiệm công thức giặt mẫu (wash recipe) cho từng thiết kế.
- Giám sát chất lượng sản phẩm sau giặt, bảo đảm đúng tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và yêu cầu kiểm màu.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận thiết kế và QA để điều chỉnh công thức, khắc phục lỗi về màu hoặc hiệu ứng wash.
- Quản lý nhân viên vận hành trong xưởng giặt; đảm bảo an toàn hóa chất và tuân thủ quy trình môi trường.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam, Tuổi: 28–40.
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành Hóa nhuộm, Dệt may, hoặc liên quan.
- Có 5 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí tương đương trong xưởng giặt nhuộm hàng denim, jeans, hiểu rõ quy trình nhuộm - giặt.
