Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Kỹ Sư Quản Lý Dự Án (Điện tử, Tiếng Trung, 1200 USD, ID 17798)
- Chủ động triển khai và đẩy mạnh các dự án phối hợp giữa các xưởng sản xuất hoặc áp dụng quy trình mới, đảm bảo quá trình thực hiện đạt hiệu quả tối ưu, đáp ứng các mục tiêu đề ra về chất lượng và chi phí phát triển.
- Phân bổ và điều chỉnh nguồn lực phù hợp trong các dự án phát triển sản phẩm mới; theo dõi thường xuyên các vấn đề phát sinh, cập nhật tiến độ thực hiện và phối hợp xử lý các vướng mắc giữa các xưởng để đảm bảo tiến độ và sự ổn định của dự án.
- Truyền đạt kiến thức và kỹ năng chuyên môn trong nội bộ, đồng thời triển khai các chương trình đào tạo và phát triển năng lực cho thành viên trong nhóm.
- Tăng cường thực hiện kế hoạch phát triển đội ngũ nhằm đáp ứng kịp thời các yêu cầu và quy mô của từng dự án.
Requirement
- Nam, dưới 35 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học, chuyên ngành kĩ thuật, cơ khí, điện tử
- Từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm chuyên về theo dõi tiến độ các dự án trong nhà máy SX liên quan đến các sản phẩm về điện tử, thiết bị đầu nối điện tử.
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo (HSK 4 trở lên)
- Biết sử dụng một trong các phần mềm Autocad, PLM, SAP, EIP, APQP.
