Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Kỹ sư IE (Tiếng Trung, $1200, ID17687):
- Thực hiện đo thời gian thực tế tại từng công đoạn sản xuất.
- Xây dựng và cập nhật cơ sở dữ liệu về giờ làm việc tiêu chuẩn (Standard Time).
- Thiết lập bảng thời gian tích lũy theo mô hình TPS.
- Thiết lập và duy trì lộ trình quy trình trong hệ thống MES.
- Cập nhật, bảo trì thông tin giờ làm việc và lộ trình sản xuất trong hệ thống SAP.
- Soạn thảo, cập nhật và quản lý các tài liệu SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) cho từng công đoạn.
- Phân tích các điểm nghẽn trong quá trình sản xuất.
- Nhận diện 8 loại lãng phí (Lean 8 Wastes) và đề xuất phương án cải tiến.
- Phối hợp triển khai các hoạt động nâng cao hiệu suất máy móc và quy trình.
- Tham gia vào các dự án cải tiến sản xuất và nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm.
- Thực hiện đánh giá kỹ thuật và phân tích hồ sơ sản phẩm.
- Hoàn thiện các tài liệu kỹ thuật liên quan đến công việc.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, Dưới 40 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật công nghiệp, Cơ khí, Tự động hóa, Quản lý công nghiệp hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Có kinh nghiệm từ 3 năm ở vị trí IE hoặc tương đương trong môi trường sản xuất điện tử.
- Thành thạo các phầm mềm thiết kế 2d-3d, các công cụ sản xuất tinh gọn và kỹ thuật phân tích QC..
- Biết sử dụng phần mềm SAP, MES là một lợi thế.
