Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty sản xuất có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Kỹ sư đo lường (Tiếng Trung, 1000USD, ID- 17781)
- Biên soạn sổ tay đo lường, hệ thống quản lý đo lường và quy trình quản lý đo lường phù hợp với hoạt động của nhà máy tại Việt Nam.
- Chuẩn bị phương pháp hiệu chuẩn các thiết bị đo lường.
- Soạn thảo hướng dẫn vận hành cho các thiết bị đo lường được sử dụng.
- Quản lý tổ chức đo lường nhằm đảm bảo độ chính xác và độ tin cậy của thiết bị đo trong sản xuất và kiểm tra
- Lập kế hoạch và thông báo lịch hiệu chuẩn thiết bị đo, quản lý hồ sơ hiệu chuẩn, sổ kế toán thiết bị đo, báo cáo bảo trì thiết bị đo, và tóm tắt phân tích bảo trì.
- Thực hiện hiệu chuẩn nội bộ, đồng thời quản lý và giám sát việc sử dụng các thiết bị đo lường.
- Tham gia xây dựng và xử lý các nội dung liên quan đến tiêu chuẩn đo lường.
- Tiến hành bảo trì nội bộ, nghiệm thu và sản xuất dụng cụ đo lường khi cần thiết.
- Thiết lập hệ thống lưu trữ và quản lý dụng cụ đo lường một cách đầy đủ và khoa học.
- Xem xét và phê duyệt đề xuất cấu hình thiết bị đo lường từ các phòng ban khác nhau.
- Xây dựng kế hoạch cấu hình thiết bị đo lường phục vụ cho sản xuất sản phẩm mới và triển khai thực hiện.
- Soạn thảo tài liệu đào tạo về dụng cụ và thiết bị đo lường cho nhân sự liên quan.
Requirement
- Nam: Từ 25 - 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành điện tử, cơ điện hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Có từ 2 đến 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại vị trí kỹ sư hiệu chuẩn thiết bị đo lường.
- Sử dụng tiếng Trung thành thạo 4 kỹ năng
- Có kiến thức chuyên môn vững về quản lý đo lường, am hiểu hệ thống quản lý chất lượng ISO 9000.
