Chúng tôi đang tuyển dụng Kỹ Sư Chất Lượng (Tiếng Trung, Điện tử, ID21579) cho một công ty đầu tư nước ngoài:
- Thiết lập & Đảm bảo hệ thống chất lượng: Đảm nhận vai trò duy trì và nâng cấp các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng toàn nhà máy; chủ trì việc thiết lập khung quy trình vận hành và kiểm soát chặt chẽ bộ tài liệu hướng dẫn công việc, sơ đồ sản xuất.
- Đánh giá & Giám sát tuân thủ (Audit): Thực hiện hoạt động kiểm tra định kỳ cũng như đột xuất tại các công đoạn lắp ráp; giám sát việc áp dụng SOP và tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật của công nhân viên; trực tiếp đưa ra các giải pháp khắc phục khi phát hiện điểm không phù hợp (NC).
- Giải quyết sự cố & Cải tiến liên tục (8D/CAPA): Đứng ra tiếp nhận các phản hồi về lỗi sản phẩm phát sinh từ dây chuyền hoặc do phía đối tác/khách hàng báo về; điều phối nhóm liên kết chức năng để phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ, triển khai hành động khắc phục 8D/CAPA và đánh giá tính hiệu quả sau cải tiến.
- Quản lý dữ liệu kỹ thuật & Thiết bị: Đồng bộ và kiểm soát tính chính xác của các phiên bản BOM cùng hồ sơ kỹ thuật; chịu trách nhiệm về tính chuẩn xác và trạng thái hiệu chuẩn của hệ thống thiết bị/dụng cụ đo lường; theo dõi sát sao quy trình lắp ráp thử nghiệm cho các model đặc biệt.
Requirement
- Nam, Nữ, dưới 40 tuổi,
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm đảm nhiệm vị trí tương đương trong các công ty sản xuất ngành điện tử.
- Tiếng Trung lưu khoát, sử dụng thành thạo cả 4 kỹ năng trong công việc (tương đương trình độ HSK5 trở lên).
