Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Kỹ Sư Chất Lượng (Tiếng Trung, 1000 USD, ID 21443):
- Kiểm soát, tối ưu hóa và thúc đẩy tính hiệu quả của hệ thống quản trị chất lượng toàn diện tại nhà máy.
- Trực tiếp thiết lập, cập nhật và ban hành hệ thống tài liệu kỹ thuật, bao gồm cẩm nang hướng dẫn kiểm định cùng các quy trình thao tác chuẩn về chất lượng.
- Thực hiện tổng hợp dữ liệu, khảo sát sai lỗi phát sinh, từ đó ứng dụng các mô hình thống kê để lập báo cáo định kỳ và đề xuất giải pháp khắc phục.
- Đại diện doanh nghiệp phối hợp thực hiện các kỳ đánh giá sự tuân thủ (audit) định kỳ bao gồm đánh giá nội bộ, tiếp đón đoàn khách hàng và các tổ chức kiểm định độc lập.
- Xây dựng chương trình và trực tiếp huấn luyện nghiệp vụ chuyên môn cho đội ngũ nhân viên kiểm soát chất lượng (QC).
Requirement
- Nam, dưới 40 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại Học trở lên.
- Có ít nhất 2 năm thâm niên trong mảng quản lý chất lượng tại các doanh nghiệp FDI
- Giao tiếp và xử lý công việc tốt bằng Tiếng Trung (tương đương HSK 5), đáp ứng tốt yêu cầu làm việc và đàm phán trực tiếp với đối tác nước ngoài.
- Nắm vững hệ thống tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001 và thành thạo phương pháp kiểm soát quá trình bằng thống kê (SPC).
