Job Description

• Approach client, introduce with client about company, cooperate with Solution Div to show company's strengths, capture and understanding client… 
• Discuss and identify their advertising requirements.
• Manage the project (budget, content, timeline) with client and internal departments.
• Coordinate with related teams and combine suggested proposals such as: ideas concept, MKT plan, ATL- BLT plan, budget allocation, etc. to become a final version to submit customers.
• Discuss, analyses proposal from other departments.
• Present & edit proposal.
• Contact suppliers to get best price/ appropriate service.
• Transfer project's requirements to related teams.
• Do project's implement plan.
• Manage & execute projects; Review final's products.
• Connect clients & internal teams to control quality of project.
• Negotiate fee with ad-hoc suppliers.
• Set & ensure project's results.
• Analyze the effectiveness of the project.
• Collect, combine info and present Project's report.
• Develop customer relationship and improve service quality.

Job requirements

• At least 3 years working experience as similar position; at least 2 years working experience in an advertising agency.
• Good English communication.
• Knowledge upon both digital and event.
• Ability to read, analyses data and evaluate strategic plan to consult clients.
• Excellent in communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good taste in the field of art to consult clients in creative jobs.
• Good at management skill & problem solving skill.
• Stay up to date with trends and technologies.
• Proactively seek out opportunities to add further ideas and value to projects.

Work time: 8h15 – 17h45 (Monday to Friday)

Work location: Vo Thi Sau Ward, Dist. 3, HCM City
