Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn Việt Nam, hiện đang tuyển Kế Toán Trưởng (May Mặc, $1100, ID15363)
- Đảm bảo tính ổn định của dòng tiền, không gặp phải tình trạng thiếu hụt trong quá trình vận hành
- Theo dõi công nợ của khách hàng, đảm bảo thanh toán đúng hạn cho nhà cung cấp và nhân viên.
- Tổng hợp và báo cáo tình hình tài chính của doanh nghiệp
- Kiểm soát chi phí, đảm bảo hóa đơn đầu vào và đầu ra chính xác, thực hiện báo cáo và quyết toán thuế với cơ quan nhà nước trước hạn
- Kiểm tra đầy đủ các chứng từ
- Nhập dữ liệu chính xác, đảm bảo tình hình quỹ tiền rõ ràng và minh bạch.
- Lập báo cáo tổng hợp về công nợ, nguyên liệu, lương và nhà cung cấp.
- Cân đối hóa đơn đầu vào theo từng đơn hàng cụ thể.
- Thực hiện quy trình ký duyệt cho thu chi, lương và các văn bản, hợp đồng với giám đốc.
- Hỗ trợ tìm kiếm thêm nhà cung cấp cho nguyên liệu đầu vào của các đơn hàng
Requirement
- Nữ; Độ tuổi: 30 - 45 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học các chuyên ngành liên quan đến Kế toán, Tài chính
- Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí kế toán trưởng tại công ty sản xuất may mặc, thời trang
- Sử dụng được phần mềm Misa, Amis
