Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty nước ngoài hiện đang tìm kiếm vị trí Kế Toán Tổng Hợp (Sản Xuất, Tiếng Nhật, 800 USD, ID - 17842)
- So sánh chi phí logistics đã ghi nhận trên hệ thống SAP với số liệu thực tế phát sinh.
- Đối chiếu công cụ, tài sản, vật tư tiêu hao đã xuất kho sử dụng theo dữ liệu SAP với thực tế tại xưởng sản xuất.
- Cập nhật dữ liệu về tài sản, công cụ và chi phí trả trước cần phân bổ vào bảng phân bổ trên SAP; thực hiện tính toán và phân bổ chi phí khấu hao định kỳ
- Theo dõi sự thay đổi (tăng/giảm) của tài sản cố định, lập báo cáo điều chỉnh để gửi cho đơn vị bảo hiểm tài sản.
- Ghi nhận và cập nhật các khoản chi phí dịch vụ và công nợ phải trả trên hệ thống.
- Cập nhật các khoản thanh toán thực hiện qua ngân hàng.
- Quản lý quỹ tiền mặt của công ty, cập nhật nghiệp vụ phát sinh vào SAP và thực hiện chi tiền mặt theo quy định.
- Theo dõi việc sử dụng thẻ visa công ty và hạch toán các chi phí phát sinh từ việc sử dụng thẻ.
- Thực hiện chứng từ chi lương hàng tháng và hạch toán đầy đủ chi phí tiền lương.
- Tổng hợp và lập báo cáo liên quan đến ngân hàng, báo cáo thống kê định kỳ và tờ khai thuế TNCN (PIT).
- Tham gia hỗ trợ các công việc khác trong phòng kế toán khi được phân công.
Requirement
- Giới tính: nữ, dưới 30 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên chuyên ngành kế toán
- Có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm kế toán tổng hợp cho công ty sản xuất.
- Tiếng Nhật tốt (JLPT N2 trở lên).
