Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty Việt Nam, hiện đang tìm kiếm ứng viên cho vị trí Kế Toán Tổng Hợp (May Mặc, $800, ID 21205):

1. Quản lý tài chính công ty
- Kiểm soát và quản lý các hoạt động thu – chi của công ty.
- Theo dõi, quản lý và cân đối dòng tiền đảm bảo hoạt động vận hành ổn định.
- Theo dõi tình hình doanh thu, lợi nhuận và hiệu quả tài chính.
- Theo dõi và quản lý công nợ khách hàng.
- Theo dõi và quản lý công nợ nhà cung cấp.
- Thực hiện nhắc nhở, đôn đốc và thu hồi công nợ đúng hạn.
- Theo dõi và kiểm soát giá vốn theo từng dự án.
- Kiểm soát chi phí sản xuất và các chi phí vận hành liên quan.
- Lập báo cáo lãi/lỗ và phân tích hiệu quả hoạt động kinh doanh.
- Kiểm tra hồ sơ, chứng từ thanh toán trước khi trình duyệt.
- Đảm bảo các khoản thanh toán được thực hiện đúng quy trình và quy định công ty.
- Hạn chế rủi ro và sai sót liên quan đến tài chính – kế toán.
- Cung cấp hồ sơ, chứng từ kế toán theo yêu cầu.
- Đối chiếu số liệu và phối hợp làm việc với đơn vị dịch vụ thuế.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Ban Giám đốc.
- Báo cáo trực tiếp cho CEO các nội dung: Dòng tiền, Doanh thu, Công nợ, Lợi nhuận, Chi phí
Requirement
- Nam/ Nữ. Dưới 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính, Kiểm toán.
- Có từ 03 năm kinh nghiệm kế toán tổng hợp/trưởng nhóm kế toán/kế toán trưởng tại tại công ty đồng phục, sản xuất may mặc, thời trang, hoặc công ty B2B, dich vụ có mô hình đấu thầu
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý dòng tiền, công nợ, giá vốn, báo cáo tài chính nội bộ
- Có kinh nghiệm cung cấp chứng từ phục vụ công tác đấu thầu với dự án nhà nước
- Biết kiểm soát công nợ, dòng tiền, giá cost dự án
- Sử dụng tốt Excel, phần mềm kế toán misa online, Google sheet
