Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Chuyên Viên Kế Toán ($800, ID 19780):
1. Nghiệp Vụ Ngân hàng
- Thực hiện giao dịch, lập hồ sơ thanh toán & làm việc với ngân hàng.
- Theo dõi số dư, đối chiếu, hạch toán & kiểm soát chứng từ.
- Quản lý vay vốn, tín dụng, bảo lãnh & báo cáo dòng tiền.
2. Hành chính – Nhân sự (Admin & HR)
- Soạn thảo HĐLĐ, quyết định & quản lý hồ sơ nhân sự.
- Theo dõi hợp đồng, phép năm & hồ sơ pháp lý.
- Quản lý hành chính: công văn, chi phí, tài sản văn phòng.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ. Dưới 35 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán / Tài chính / Nhân sự.
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí kế toán chuyên các nghiệp vụ với ngân hàng.
- Am hiểu Thuế, Luật lao Động và Bảo hiểm xã hội.
- Sử dụng thành thạo phần mềm Fast, Excel.
