Job Description
- Handle end-to-end import and export operations
- Manage on-spot import/export transactions and import of raw materials
- Perform customs declaration via VNACCS Classify goods by HS code, determine customs value, duties, and applicable regulations
- Prepare and review import/export documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, CO, etc.)
- Work directly with customs authorities, forwarders, and suppliers
- Handle customs clearance issues including red channel inspections
- Coordinate with internal departments (purchasing, production, accounting)
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female, Age: Under 40 years old
- Graduate from University
- Have 5 years of experience in import–export operations within a manufacturing environment, hands-on experience with on-the-spot import–export procedures
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam’s import–export regulations and customs procedures
- Good at English
