Job Description
-
Prepare and process import-export documents such as Invoices, Packing Lists, Contracts, etc.
-
Book containers and monitor shipment schedules to meet production timelines
-
Declare customs via ECUS5 software and coordinate with Customs for clearance
-
Calculate inventory transferred to export processing zones and ensure timely component supply
-
Monitor and adjust Bill of Materials (BOM), track the import-export-inventory status of export production materials
-
Calculate content criteria for issuing C/O Form E, VJ
-
Prepare documentation for import tax refunds based on regulations
-
Handle payments, prepare monthly reports, and archive related documents
-
Collaborate with the team to build workflows and suggest process improvements
-
Perform other related tasks as required
Requirement
- Male/Female; Age: under 35 years old
- University graduate, preferably in Economics, Taxation, or Customs
- Have 2-3 years of experience as an import-export staff for factories producing for export or processing.
- Good English communication
- Strong logical thinking and proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Hardworking, detail-oriented, careful, able to work under high pressure and manage tasks and team coordination effectively
