IE Manager (Jeans)

Analyze factory and sewing line productivity; estimate capacity for new styles based on sketches or samples.

Provide labor cost (CMT) and productivity estimates to the business team.

Monitor monthly KPI trends, benchmark performance, and ensure data-driven control.

Simplify styles and improve methods post-order confirmation to reduce labor cost and maintain margin.

Prepare and approve Operation Bulletins (OB), line layouts, and consumption charts for production planning.

Optimize manpower planning across departments and coordinate with Planning, HR, and Factory teams for capacity, training, and production scheduling.

Audit factory lines to ensure compliance with OB displays and layouts.

Supervise IE and Jr. IE activities across units; review and approve incentive reports.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in garment manufacturing IE roles.

Strong analytical skills in productivity, cost estimation, and KPI tracking.

Proficient in OB creation, line balancing, and method improvement.

Excellent coordination and communication skills across departments.

Familiarity with production planning, manpower allocation, and training programs.

Ability to conduct audits and ensure operational compliance.
