IE Manager

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for an IE Manager (1100 USD, ID 12074)

• Manage the IE department's overall operations. 
• Supervise the department's daily operations and develop plans for efficiency improvement programs. 
• To control loss and preserve productivity, coordinate with the mechanical department to change the machines for each style. 
• Work with the regional team to give IE employees a training course to help them enhance their competencies. 
• Review and design programs in collaboration with manufacturing units and human resources. 
• Evaluate employee performance and keep the company's earnings high.

• Gender: Male/Female; Age: above 35 years old
• Graduated from university major in industrial engineering or other related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in similar position, working for garment/textile manufacturing factory
• Good communication of English
