- Develop and implement a human resources strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including goal setting, budget management, planning, and coordination of activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize the organizational structure and enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage the recruitment process to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates who meet the company's requirements.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and workforce development initiatives.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they reflect best practices and legal requirements.
Requirement
- Male/Female: under 40 years old
- Graduated from University in HR major.
- Have 05 years of experience as an HR Leader/HR Supervisor in manufacturing companies.
- Fluent in English.
