Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an HR Supervisor/Manager (Manufacturing, ID21345, 950USD):
- Manage full HR functions: recruitment, training, performance management, and employee records
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations
- Oversee payroll, attendance, compensation & benefits, and employee welfare programs
- Ensure compliance with labor law, social insurance, tax, and related regulations
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Develop recruitment plans and ensure timely hiring for all departments
- Lead, train, and supervise HR team members
- Manage HR reporting and provide regular updates to management
- Support administrative operations and control related costs
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Supervisor/Manager role, preferably in manufacturing companies
- Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll, social insurance, and C&B
- Proven experience in team management and HR process building
- Good command of English or Korean
