Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an HR Senior Staff (Manufacturing, ID19479, 800 USD):
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Coordinate with departments to identify recruitment needs.
  • Contact candidates, arrange interviews, and support onboarding activities.
  • Conduct induction training for newcomers and maintain training records.
  • Update and maintain employee profiles and personal information.
  • Prepare, renew, and manage labor contracts.
Attendance, Benefits & Payroll Support
  • Manage daily and monthly attendance and overtime reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy for working hours, absenteeism, and overtime limits.
  • Prepare and submit Social Insurance (SI) reports for new hires, resignations, and maternity/sick leave payments.
  • Handle stationery, PPE, and employee gifts (PR/PO, delivery management).
C. Reporting & Data Management
  • Prepare and update daily/weekly/monthly HR reports, including: Working hours, attendance, and overtime data., KPI reports: Absenteeism, Turnover, Training hours per person, Overtime hours, and Headcount.
  • Support the HR Manager in providing accurate HR data to HQ and internal control departments.

Requirement

  •  
  • Female, 23 – 34 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or Law.
  • Minimum 2 years in HR & Admin (generalist) position in an FDI company, focus 70% HR, 30% Admin.
  • Good command of English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiar with HR software (preferably internal systems).
